The increasing prevalence of HIV in Batangas City is a major concern, especially among young key populations (YKP), Men having Sex with Men (MSM), transgender individuals, and other affected groups. Stigma and discrimination create barriers that hinder their access to necessary services. In response, Wagayway Equality has established a safe, equal, and inclusive One-Stop Desk in the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Batangas City. This desk provides access to inquiries, bookings, and referrals to affiliated agencies offering Health Services, HIV-related services, and Legal Rights Services, with a focus on getting feedback for improvement. Its objective is to tackle the rising instances of HIV and AIDS cases alongside human rights violations within the community.
